... as we say in my mother tongue.
and Happy New Year as we say in English =^_^=
Hope 2009 is a great year for you all and it brings you everything you desire - and more!

Now then, what did you all do celebrate the disappearance of 2008?
We went to a house party in London. Twas nice. About seven of us so not overwhelmed. Much pizza was eaten, as were far too much other nibblies. And alcofrolics were of course also consumed. Hic.
Unfortunately neither of us slept brilliantly though; airbeds are generally comfortable enough for the occasional night but it seems they're not the best thing to try and rest on when you have a neck injury. Oh well. Still, I'm sure it's a lot better than travelling at silly o'clock (yes even with the free bus service that we encountered which was a nice surprise). So methinks tonight warrants an early night for Kitten. Hmm, yes that sounds like a good plan.
And even though it was quite cold in London it was actually noticeably warmer there than it is at home. So it seems there is a reason for smog, after all. Go London!
I still don't like the tube though. So thank you Nickelback for providing me with most excellent sounds in my head which helped me to forget that I was in a busy train travelling through compact little tunnels hidden somewhere under the city *shivers*
Right - now that the celebrations are over with, let's all concentrate on pushing 2009 into the category for "best year of our lives" =^_^=
